Application for leave to appeal against a judgment of the Port Elizabeth Labour Court which dismissed the applicant’s application to review and set aside an award of a bargaining council: Stokwe v Member of the Executive Council: Department of Education, Eastern Cape and Others (PR235/14) [2016] ZALCPE 8 (19 February 2016). The applicant was denied leave to appeal both by the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court.
