Application for leave to appeal directly to the Constitutional Court from a decision of the Labour Court. Application refused.

Application for leave to appeal. The Court previously held, unanimously, that the application should be dismissed. The respondent attempted to file a further affidavit, late and without complying with Rules for service and filing, in which a costs order against the applicant was sought. This judgment was delivered to give reasons why no order was made as to costs.
