Constitutional Court Cases & Judgments

This is a collection of cases of the Constitutional Court from 1995 to the present. The records of cases from 2002 contain the Constitutional Court judgment, Summary of judgment, Directions, Earlier judgments of the Courts a quo, Pleadings and Documents, Heads of Argument, and citations from the series of the various South African law reports. The collection of forthcoming hearings, and cases which are awaiting judgment is updated on a weekly basis as case papers are filed with the Registrar’s office and cases are added to the Constitutional Court Roll.
