Application for leave to appeal against a judgment of the Western Cape High Court: Wickham v Magistrate, Stellenbosch and Others [2015] ZAWCHC 152; 2016 (1) SACR 273 (WCC). The High Court dismissed an appeal from the Stellenbosch Magistrates’ Court against the conviction and sentence of the fourth respondent on a count of culpable homicide.
