The suspension of the order of invalidity lapses on 27 August 2016: Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries v National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals [2015] ZACC 27; 2015 (11) BCLR 1387 (CC). The case was previously heard in the Pretoria High Court: National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals v Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Others [2012] ZAGPPHC 329 (15 November 2012).
