Application for leave to appeal is against a judgment of the High Court: S v Jimmale and Others, unreported judgment of the High Court of South Africa, Limpopo Local Division, Thohoyandu, Case No CC05/2012 (12 June 2012). Leave to appeal against the conviction and sentence was dismissed on 15 June 2012 by the trial Court and so was the petition to the SCA on 22 September 2014.
