Application for leave to appeal against an order of the SCA which had refused leave to appeal against a decision of the Full Court of the Grahamstown High Court: Loni v Member of the Executive Council, Department of Health, Eastern Cape Bhisho, unreported judgment of the High Court of South Africa, Eastern Cape Division, Grahamstown, Case No CA338/2015 (13 October 2016).
