Appeal to the Constitutional Court against the judgments and order of the SCA, Case Number 231/2005, 27 March 2006.

Application from the Supreme Court of Appeal challenging a decision that the applicant was not entitled to a report relating to the nursing conditions at the hospital where her husband had died. The application to this Court was made eleven months after the decision of the Supreme Court of Appeal. It was held that it would not be in the interests of justice to grant condonation for the delay. Application dismissed. Judgment of the Court.
