dc.concourt.synopsis Two applications for direct access brought by same applicant, dealt with in single judgment of the Court. The first was a constitutional challenge to provisions of the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936. The second related to a High Court order ejecting the applicant from certain immovable property. These applications raised issues already dealt with by this Court in a previous application for direct access by the same applicant. Applications for direct access refused.
