Application for special leave to appeal to Constitutional Court against a decision of the Supreme Court of Appeal.

The Court in a unanimous decision by O'Regan J denied leave to appeal for applicant arguing that the High Court erred in allowing a minister of religion to whom she confessed to testify at trial. The Court found that it was not in the interests of justice to grant appeal.
