This matter concerned a challenge to the long standing practice of the Supreme Court of Appeal of not furnishing reasons for a decision refusing leave to appeal. The judgment of the Court, delivered by Goldstone J and concurred in by the other members of the Court, found that this practice is not inconsistent with the Constitution.
