Appeal from a decision of the High Court in Soobramoney v Minister of Health , KwaZulu Natal 1998 (1) SA 430 (D), appeal dismissed.

Appeal against High Court decision refusing order against provincial hospital to provide ongoing renal dialysis treatment to applicant, on basis of right not to be refused emergency medical treatment (s27(3)) and right to life (s11).
