Application for confirmation of order, made by High Court, of constitutional invalidity of section 415(3) read with section 415(5) of the Companies Act 61 of 1973, to the extent that they permit the admission of the evidence given by person in those examinations, in subsequent criminal proceedings, except for perjury. High Court decided this was a breach of the right to a fair trial. Order confirmed in unanimous judgment by Ackermann J.
